How to order
You can order our products online at umopet.store.
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy.
You get a confirmation by email. The contract starts when we confirm your order.

Prices and payment
All prices include German VAT.
You can pay by credit card, PayPal or Sofort.
Payment is due at the time of order.

Shipping and delivery
We deliver within Germany only.
Orders are shipped from our German warehouse.
Standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.

Right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

Returns and refunds
You can return unopened products in original packaging within 14 days.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days after we receive your return.
