Returns & Refunds

We want you and your dog to be happy with every order. If something is not right, we will help you fix it.

How long do you have?
You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

How to start a return
Send us an email at support@umopet.store with your order number and reason for the return.
We will reply with simple instructions and the return address.

When do you get your refund?
As soon as we receive and check the returned products, we start your refund.
Refunds are made to the same payment method you used when ordering.
This usually takes 3 to 5 working days after we receive your return.

What can’t be returned?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept products that are unopened and in their original packaging.
Opened packages or used products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Did something arrive damaged or wrong?
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of delivery.
We will fix the problem quickly, with a replacement or a refund.

Return shipping costs
If you change your mind and return a product, you pay for the return shipping.
If we made a mistake or the product is damaged, we cover all costs.
