How to keep your chews fresh and safe

Where to store
Keep treats in a cool, dry place. A cupboard or pantry away from sunlight is best.

Ideal temperature
Store treats at room temperature, between 10 and 22°C.

After opening
Once opened, reseal the package tightly. If possible, use an airtight container.

How long do they last after opening?
For best quality, use within 2 weeks of opening. Always check the smell and appearance before giving to your dog.

Should I refrigerate?
Usually, refrigeration is not needed. If your home is very warm or humid, you can keep treats in the fridge, but let them come to room temperature before serving.

What to avoid
Do not store treats in bathrooms, on windowsills, or near sources of heat or moisture.

Can I freeze them?
Freezing is possible if you want to keep treats for longer. Defrost fully before use.

Signs a treat should not be given
Do not give treats that smell off, have visible mold, or look unusual.
