Where we deliver
UMO Pet currently delivers within Germany only.
Your order ships from our warehouse in Germany. Everything is stored, checked, and packed here before it goes out the door.

How long it takes
Orders usually reach you in 1 to 3 working days.
If you order before 14:00, we try to ship it the same day.
We use trusted carriers like DHL and DPD.
As soon as your order is on the way, you get a tracking link by email.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free for orders over €39.
If your order is less, shipping costs €3.90.

Invoicing
UMO Pet is a brand of Prominall GmbH.
You will see Prominall GmbH as the seller on your invoice. German VAT is always included. There are no customs or hidden fees.
